Movie Kind of Weekend

As I curl up to watch one of my all time favorite movies Bruce Almighty! It becomes clear it is a perfect analogy of you get what you ask for. Think about it there are only two rules 1. You can’t tell anyone you are God and trust me you don’t want that attention. 2. Can’t mess with Free Will And he responds with can I ask Why? God responds with, yes you can ask why, that’s the beauty of it!

The next few scenes are exact demonstrations of the law of attraction, everything he asked or anything anyone else asked for, they received. If they were not goal setting they could be aimlessly controlled. Jim Carrey in his character Bruce Almighty, shows us how simplistic life can be and joyous. But just like we can not truly control all the choices our children will make neither can God (was one of their messages). Therefore, our only choice is to set goals that make us happy and create the emotional attachment we desire. They even utilize funny, blaten symbolism to show how silly we are because we constantly have signs showing us the BEST path for us. Yet, we choose to say, “Oh no, I don’t need any help or I couldn’t deserve that good of a life or to be that happy.”

How many times can you remember making a choice you didn’t feel good about and it turned out to be a disaster? Or a decision that felt so right for you and even though some people questioned you, you knew like you knew. No matter what when you made that decision you knew it was right for you. Guess what? It turned out perfect or even better than you expected, didn’t it?

It’s because you made a decision on how you feel, it made you feel happy.

I have written it before and I will write it again and again and again….

Life is meant to live to feel good, be happy, enjoy, experience, fulfillment and much more. Set your goals and then enjoy the journey. The events along your road to success are fun and extraordinary.

‘Be Happy’

When you hear_____: Do you think______?

I remember studying psychology in my freshman year of college and being intrigued with the way the human mind thinks and functuons. I love its complexity yet simplicity almost appearing to be twins. Then I began to study fun topics like life, living, law of attraction and the brain, which I now know, has been one of my greatest competitors!

What? My brain is a competitor? Yes, when I began to practice happy thoughts and emotional attachments, I realized my brain was being a big bully! I know this seems a bit bizarre. However, keep following me and you too may need to do what Zig Ziglar says, “A check up from the neck up!”

Each time I would begin to look up, dream big, or advance, my brain would compare past incidents. For example: I would visualize about being a great motivational speaker, well known by all, as a ray of sunshine. (Similar to mother Teresa but much louder and out spoken.) Yet my brain would reflect and scramble for a memory to relate it to. Don’t get me wrong if I had a good memory of a business, that I was extremely successful at, then she would insert that feel good emotion or memory. However, because of my lack of positive background knowledge or past experiences that brought me wealth, my brain reflects on a negative experience. Why? To protect and serve me ( and you). In other words, if we are continuously trying to stay in a feel good vibration, enjoying life at its greatest lengths, then our brain will challenge any idea that might create us harm. Becoming our greatest competitors when changing our lives.

My messages have been loud and clear, lately. It is human nature to seek a happy, feel good vibration. Thrill seekers seek thrilling events, lovers seek out a partner to have fun with, drug users either seek out an escape, almost a thrill yet others use to fit in, because their brains do not function like everyone elses. No matter what; human nature is to live to be happy and have fun!!! Instead many of us are living against our feel good emotions; we are living against our life purpose. It’s time to evolve and find pure happiness.

How do you know what your life purpose is? I am not positive on the how, but I know that we are to live to be happy. We all choose the way we live. We choose our careers, activities, friends, our salary, and anything else related to our lives. Yes, we will experience difficult times, but we still choose how we react and how we feel.

If everytime you begin a conversation and the other person says something you connect with negatively. Try it again…and again until you find a feel good conversation. In other words your main objectives is to be happy and if your daily activities or conversations are not happy then change them. Yes all of them.

If everytime  you hear something you reflect on a negative connatation or situation or you pass judgement on someone because of how they were twenty five years ago, change it! This process may take a bit of effort. However, I promise it’s worth it!!! Life is meant to live, enjoy, laugh, and have fun. Feel the feel good emotion, feel your way to happiness. Will you have small moments of sadness? Yes, but once you have decided to live in a constant state of happiness, fun and joy, you will not ever want to continue in that state of yuk! Or aadness, negativity. You will quickly win over your competitor the brain and provide him/her with a new ‘feel good’ emotion!!

God Loves You No Matter What!

Love you!!!!

Sad, sad, sad…

Just like the lyrics of John Denver,”Some days are diamonds and some days are stone, sometimes the hard times won’t leave me alone.”

Have you ever had moments of sadness that sometimes are difficult to shake. Some people may suffer with depression. Yet others may become sad or have anxiety due to an illness or a loss of a loved one. I understand how you feel. However, once you have discovered how to live a habitual life of happiness, joy and YOUR BLISS, those feelings will not linger. I promise those, what I like to refer to as valleys or troughs, can and will become short lived, if you want them to.

You see according Napoleon Hill, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, and countless others they all refer to changing your mind first!!! Then the outcome you desire will begin to change, creating what’s in your mind. I questioned many of these techniques for years. However, each time I receive a message to write about, I attract a short lived situation to FEEL those emotions. (Almost like a test run for you).

Before I continue on, I want you to know, I had not experienced depression until my accident. However, I am a better person and much more understanding because of it. So am I admitting to being the person who would say, “You have food in your belly, a roof over your head and a life full of adventure and luxuries. Why or how could you be depressed?”

Almost creating a scene for those who were suffering, to feel worse about themselves. Yes, unfortunately I was the person who said those misunderstood statements and thoughts. I admit it! Now, my eyes have been opened, my heart softened and my spirit is open and accepting.

I admitted to those feelings or emotions to help you understand, I get it! The only difference for me is I truly choose and desire to live a happy, free spirited, blissful life. The greatest hurdle I have now is to continually reset, when I am not feeling those ‘feel good emotions.’

Yesterday, was one of those moments. I woke up in pain, felt exhausted and wanted to cry about everytjing. As the day progressed I searched for a feel good moment or wave to jump on. I complimented many people, attended a Just for Her Event, attempted to do my PT, nothing seemed to work. It was my day to feel down to remember…ummmmm nooo this is not what I choose. Then I did it! I jumped waves/frequency to a better or higher feeling.

How? I said, “Shutup!!!!!!!!!”

Yes, I told my memory holding, silly acting, paradigm-stored in my subconscious and relaying messages to my concious mind; who continually made me question everything to–SHUT-UP!!!! SHUT-UP!!!! SHUT-UP.

Yes, I began with a negative, but sometimes it’s needed to reset. Afterwards I laid down for just a short time, meditated, and began the evening in a much better ‘feeling’ state. I can not say it was as simple as turning on a faucet and turning it off, but I can tell you once you have lived in the now! Feeling the emotion of joy, happiness, and bliss you will change courses, reset, scream shutup to negative thoughts or emotions to ensure you experience the ‘feel good’ emotion more and more, leaving the sad moments behind.

My advice to you is find a saying, picture, piece of art, or some other inanimated object to grab and feel the emotion as you look or hold it. I have a silly picture of my kids printed. I will look at that or search my inspirational quotes folder to redirect my focus and reset my emotional vibration.

Other techniques I have used to reset or raise your vibration are take a short nap, meditate, listen to Abraham-Hicks, yoga, take Folic Acid and Vitamin D. I am sure there are a large variety of remedies and I am not suggesting you practice any of these, but you can ask your doctor if you choose.

God Bless and never forget you are special and wonderful!
