Movie Kind of Weekend

As I curl up to watch one of my all time favorite movies Bruce Almighty! It becomes clear it is a perfect analogy of you get what you ask for. Think about it there are only two rules 1. You can’t tell anyone you are God and trust me you don’t want that attention. 2. Can’t mess with Free Will And he responds with can I ask Why? God responds with, yes you can ask why, that’s the beauty of it!

The next few scenes are exact demonstrations of the law of attraction, everything he asked or anything anyone else asked for, they received. If they were not goal setting they could be aimlessly controlled. Jim Carrey in his character Bruce Almighty, shows us how simplistic life can be and joyous. But just like we can not truly control all the choices our children will make neither can God (was one of their messages). Therefore, our only choice is to set goals that make us happy and create the emotional attachment we desire. They even utilize funny, blaten symbolism to show how silly we are because we constantly have signs showing us the BEST path for us. Yet, we choose to say, “Oh no, I don’t need any help or I couldn’t deserve that good of a life or to be that happy.”

How many times can you remember making a choice you didn’t feel good about and it turned out to be a disaster? Or a decision that felt so right for you and even though some people questioned you, you knew like you knew. No matter what when you made that decision you knew it was right for you. Guess what? It turned out perfect or even better than you expected, didn’t it?

It’s because you made a decision on how you feel, it made you feel happy.

I have written it before and I will write it again and again and again….

Life is meant to live to feel good, be happy, enjoy, experience, fulfillment and much more. Set your goals and then enjoy the journey. The events along your road to success are fun and extraordinary.

‘Be Happy’

Momma said, “There will be days like this!”

Have you ever began your morning with full intentions of waking up and enjoying each moment of the day? Woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed? Only to walk out the door, slam your ankle in the screen door, have multiple phone calls with someone needing something from you, your special dinner is a disaster and you realize the bills are piling up?

Of course you have! Everyone could make a list of what IS happening at that moment. If you are reading this right now you can probably create a long list of daily events or circumstances that irritate you.

The truth is your momma or a loved one told you there would be days like this. However, you can reset, not necessarily redo. I know I would not want to redo those days or moments. Therefore, a reset is important.

How? Most of the time it is simple. At the moment the irritating thoughts or events begin to say, “I am grateful for….”

Keep saying and listing all the items, people, places and experiences (outloud) in which you are grateful for.

Yesterday, I had one of those days. Where it seemed like each time I tried, someone or something would irritate the crap out of me. I would have mini blow ups of emotion. At one point in the day I was expressing my opinion and the next I was crying. I continually attempted to reset. It didn’t ‘appear’ to be working. My mind would run from thought to thought trying to recover my feel good, happy, understanding enthusiastic state. I began to fear everything I had been writing or studying was not real.

Then it happened! You know when it happens you just know like you know!?

I know that seems silly to type, but it is true. Once you have experienced it you simply know!

In between my mini melt downs of emotios (which were random) I would talk outloud throughout the house. “I am grateful for my farm, the sunshine, my health, my happiness,” sometimes yelling each statement.

My vibration would get a little better. I pushed and pushed the reset button multiple times. “I am grateful for…”

After a few hours and multiple irritating events it finally broke thru! Around 4 o’clock I had one of my adopted kiddos bring her dog to meet me. I was super excited to meet him. We chatted (yes the dog and I were instant friends), played with his ball, showed off a bit and then he decided to walk in my kitchen and hike his leg, only to mark his territory, of course. When I looked down it appeared to be a river of urine. Next he went to another spot, where he chose to proceed with what he only feels natural to do. As Jordan was running around trying to help me clean up pee it happened. That thing that I do, when my vibrational reset finally kicks in. I began laughing, I hugged my new friend and relaxed.

You see, yesterday was a day of celebration and it was a struggle to enjoy the happy vibration. I began with 630 AM wake up call, went to grocery (had several events occur), came home to attempt to cook my dad’s 60th birthday dinner. His favorites: Lasagna, garlic toast, coconut cream pie and wine.

It appeared to be falling apart. I kept forgetting what I needed for the meal, Ashby and her friend were here (which made me feel torn because I wanted to hang with them), Nick needed college stuff, you understand!

That’s when it happened. Directly before Dad and Susan showed up I felt my vibrations reset. I felt more light hearted, I was grateful, and it turned into an evening I will cherish forever!

Reset as many times as needed. Sometimes it takes a little bit of persistance, but you are worth it. If you are feeling down or see the world as gloom and doom, begin right now! Say it outloud…I am grateful for…say it again…I am grateful for…and again and again. Until the vibration shifts. It will, it has to, it is the law.

Please if this blog helps you share it, tell people about it. My happiest desire is to help you and others to find YOUR HAPPINESS. Not what I think would make you happy. Rather, what creates that ‘feel good’ emotion for YOU.

This picture is of my daddy with his birthday pie! His smile warms my heart and was the greatest contributing factor for my reset! I love you and I am grateful for you.
Feel Good Today!

Judge and ye shall be judged?

Okay not sure I should call the funny, yet frustrating incidents of the day, a form of judgement. I will let you decide and let me know.

One incident was when a good friend of mine stopped by to just talk. Hidden in our chit chat, it was obvious he was  trying to fill the empty space or void, while his son was away. I remember thinking he is entering high school you should probably let go of those reigns a bit. So if that is a judgemental thought, to you, then my title is on target.

Then it happened! As I ran my son to his college orientation, I would glance over to look at my six foot three baby boy and think I just hope he won’t starve to death during college. I don’t know why we think, all throughout our children’s lives, they are capable of anything, only to set them free in college and think they are going to fail, because they dont have us to remind them to eat.

It’s comical to me, how many times I will just question a little bit of what someone is saying and next I will experience a similar incident moments later. Almost as if Judge and ye shall be judged is extremely close to law of attraction! Hmmm or does this statement sound more like Newton’s Law Every Acton has and Equal and Opposite reaction. Wait!!!! I have one more Like begets Like?? I am sure you see the connection between the laws.

Two messages for today…be careful with judgements. I realize this wasn’t a disastrous situation, but remember, my only consequence was a thought or worry about something that is not real. Nicholas is more than capable of feeding himself and seveal others, so I hear. However, what if you pass judgement on someone and it damages them for life. Guess what? You will feel that same horrific judgement. I am sorry but it’s the Law!!!

The second message is your kids are okay. If you worked with your kids, instilled good morals and values, nurtured them; they will remember to eat when they go to college!!!

God Bless!!!

How do you know?

One of the funniest questions I have asked people has been what makes you happy? Why? I have had the funniest answers from– you Teena,  make me happy.  Yet, others looked at me with a puzzled look and said I have no idea. Like they were waiting and anticipating to be told WRONG ANSWER YOU ARE WRONG! In reality, there is no wrong answer. Being asked that question isn’t truly a fair question. It’s actually a trick question. A question that begins at the concious mind and filters through to the subconscious, only to throw your mind into a blank stare.

In other words sometimes we can’t list what makes us happy, but when we are in the moment we can tell you one hundred or more things that make or create happiness for us. It’s a feeling AWE it’s a great feeling.

Here we go, one of the first steps to feeling your way to happiness-

  1. Get a piece of paper
  2. Draw a shape in the middle that you can write your name in, like a circle or square, it doesn’t matter what kind of shape.
  3. Write your name in the middle
  4. Next draw lines coming out from your name.
  5. Write activities, music, thoughts, colors.
  6. It can be as messy as you would like or as neat. This is ONLY YOURS you may share it or you may keep it to yourself.
  7. Now lay it down, pick it back up and read your name in the middle and create a sentence with one of your likes. Example: Teena LOVES Pink! Sometimes I will say I, Teena, love pink.
  8. After you have said a wonderful positive statement that you love or makes you happy…close your eyes inhale, then exhale, see or visualize what you said and smile.
  9. Now you can understand what it means by feeling your way to happiness!
  10. Repeat 7, 8, 9 throughout this Web you have created. Individually do each thing you wrote. Take time to feel the emotional attachment to each item you listed.

You can do this daily, weekly, or when you need it. We will return to this activity several times. I may even repost it intermittently during our blogs.

This is a quick and easy way to begin setting and re-setting your vibration. It is also a simple way to begin gravitating towards adding the happy activities you love to do, towards you. Maybe you love to canoe and you complete the activity. Before long someone will mention, hey let’s go canoeing.

Take time to find what creates a happy feel good emotion for you and do more of that! I promise even through difficult times life is meant to be happy the majority of the time.

    Epiphany

This is not the writing I had been working on all day. However, it is a funny and an enlightening story.

As I wrote on my other post, for the day, I would have to stop intermittently to cook, switch clothes around, talk to mom, kids, the list could continue on for eternity.

But each time I was interrupted I would pause, before I would allow the interruption to intrude. My pause entailed how the scene would play out, we would talk about great and exciting things…whatever I wanted to happen. Either to entertain me or enlighten me. Next, I would become engaged and it would be just as pleasant as I had envisioned.

Finally it was time for me to complete my daily writing to hopefully inspire and uplift you. Oops it is almost 2 and I haven’t eaten. Yet, another interruption. Then as I was searching in the cabinet for a snack I saw it!!!! My best friend told me the only way to clean your bathroom is with Kaboom. Sometime between her telling me that and today I bought it! I had forgotten when I bought it and it hadn’t been opened or used. I was so excited I became distracted yet again. Went immediatly to Nick’s tub and saturated the walls with it. I just felt pleased. I was so excited to have purchased Kaboom.

You might ask why I told you that silly story. However, it has great meaning. Once you begin to live the way I am writing about, you will never want to return to negative never land of sadness, gossip, hurt, poverty, gloom and doom. Read that last sentence aloud, yes now. How did you feel? Shew, I couldn’t even do it. After writing it once I couldn’t reread it. Even the words make me cringe and feel sad.the only reason I had you read it was to observe the difference in feel good words and not so feel good.

Truly, if you will continue to follow me and participate in the activities you will be able to live, have, do or be anything you want. The only fear I have is, I am enjoying life in the here and now so much I won’t complete the program. No, I am committed to sharing this lifestyle with you.

It is absolutely amazing. No catch, no roller coaster affect, just living life in the happiest manner. That’s why I shared the Kaboom story with you. Before I discovered this living in the now or what I like to call ‘being’ I would have felt frustrated, aggravated, defeated and you get the idea.

Not today! I was so excited I could have jumped up and down. I was even more excited when I cleaned the shower, that so desperately needed it. It came clean, lickety- split. I was super pleased Teresa had told me about it. So today may not have been a productive writing day, but it was an awesome day!

Please share, follow and or recommend my blogg to anyone who needs it for enlightenment or just for entertainment. May you be blessed today and I hope you find your Kaboom for the day!!!

    Thoughts on living…

Do you ever sit and ponder? What was, is, could have been, or could be? If only I had made this move or said that, then all would be just perfect! Or doubt your past decisions? Maybe if I would have…or could have…

Do you know what? Nothing I just typed is worth your time! Why you ask? Because the should, could, and would be’s are has beens. Meaning no matter what you do or say, you can’t bring them back. Oh if you choose you can continue to attract similar situations but truly: that should of time, you could have decided and if you did your life would have been perfect! Is not possible again!

Bare with me I know that was a bit of a twister, but read carefully!!!! No matter how rich, powerful, mean, whatever you think you are you, nor anyone, else can bring back the past and change it. It is just the past. Therefore, it’s time for you to begin enjoying the present and the future. Say it out loud!!! I am so excited to be teaching the world new skills to ‘be’ whatever they want to be. People continuously thank me for providing them with a ‘second chance.’

I don’t care what you are happy about say it outloud. Say it in the mirror. You can be flat broke and I want you to go in the mirror, right now, and say, “Mmmm this food is delicious. (Smile real big) I am so glad to see you at my BBQ eating the food I provided.”

Then chuckle and look ‘you’ straight in the eye and say, I had such a good year financially I wanted to share with all of you. Thank you for everything!”

Make up your own scenario. Just make it up so you smile and maybe even laugh!

Yes, learning from the past is important, but sometimes carrying that old load and sorting through which part to learn from can overtake the meaning of living! Enjoy the moment, plan & visualize your future no matter how near or far it may be to you!

Remember God Loves You No Matter What! Live to be happy!

Accident or Law of Attraction? What do you think?

IF YOU DONT READ MY INTRO AND JUST WANT TO LEARN FOR YOUR OWN LIFE GO TO PARAGRAPH 7!!!! BUT READ 7 AND AFTER PLEASE!!!

Since my accident on December the 8 2016 I have pondered greatly, written a tremendous amount, Prayed more than ever and learned more from all of the above than I could have ever imagined!

I doubt I will share everything at this time, but I would like to share a little. My hope is I help a great deal of people the majority of the time.

Before December 2016, I had come to a place in my life where I was sad, confused, happy, contemplating, hot then cold basically I was beginning the stages of menopause. I quit my job, wrote a book, wrote on ten other books, walked a great deal and prayed a little.

My son was now a senior. Although I had everything I was feeling that sense of sadness and what am I doing with my life. My hormones were out of whack it was a minute of turmoil. Next I literally sat like a zombie from December 8th until March 1st. I was in limbo.

One day I began researching the law of attraction, hypnosis (which I studied under a great hypnotist Joe Stotts in 1990), and Louise Hay: You Can Heal Your Life a book about the meaning behind your injury or illness.

What happened next was and still is absolutely phenomenal!!! I figured it all out, okay maybe not everything, but enough for me now. Life is….

What?? Yes life is what you say it is. At that moment when I was lying on the ground with my eyes beaming into a drainage ditch, I had a choice. A choice to live, have fun, take chances, laugh until my cheecks hurt, help when I am needed, begin to use my gifts from God, be grateful, love and let go.

So why would I bring a broken leg into my reality? Well of course I didn’t intentionally bring it in, but the aftermath has almost illuminated, where I was before  to show me where I was headed or what, I should say, is what I was attracting. My vocabulary was I am sad, ugh I am mad, I am bored this is sad, the list continues on because that’s all I talked about.

I know sometimes it’s difficult to see but even Isaac Newton said every action will have an equal and opposite reaction. Same goes with what you focus on you bring it on.  Then I read the portion of Louise Hayes You Can Heal your life.

It said broken leg lower extremity fear of stepping out into life and fear of moving forward. The symptoms of menopause where the feeling of not being needed. Wow!!! Okay those two were pretty serious.

Therefore, I began the process of healing! I read the affirmations the book provided, began meditating, segmenting, and enjoying life more each day. I may have had some minor aches and pains, but those were reminders!!!!!

What can you learn from all of this?? Live! Actively live your life, look for the good, find your joy and peace. Leave your judgements at the dump because we are all on our own path! Allow others to experience their own emotions and if people, places or things irritate you ask for heavens help and leave them there. But honestly if you continue the process of visualizing, segmenting, speaking out loud what you want and forgetting what you don’t want or have,

very little will irritate you. I am having a GREAT journey. I wake up daily anticipating what new and wonderful things the universe has in store for me. I have great moments all the time. I see everything  a great deal clearer!

So while your here in this physical experience create your utopia and live it. If someone says you live life with rose colored glasses… (like I hear all the time) smile and say Thank You!!! Because I will take my vision with rose colored glasses over the storms and turmoil any day!! Biggest message for today is have fun at whatever you do!!!!!!
