If you were trapped in a box what would you do to get out?

I shutter as I write this simple, but earth shattering message. It feels like the sound from a CRASH and then another CRASH, CRASH, with the last being the greatest vibration of them all CRASHHHH echoing through your bones from a vibrating Gong!!!!

Now imagine being trapped in a box still alive, but hearing someone a friendly voice, just steps away from this suffocating box. Tell me, say it out loud while reading this…what would you do? Let it out! What would you do?

I would scream and scream. If I didn’t get their attention I would find a way to…. (You fill in the blank).

The Gong is struck again with a firm hit and steady hold, Gonggggggggg the deep vibration echoes through you! And without a doubt you can answer, “If you were trapped in a box what would you do to get out?”

Are you creating enough vibrations to get out of your imaginary box? Or are you sitting and wishing to get out of the box and so you choose to die in the box.

We need you to vibrate with us in sweet harmony. Why? So you can feel how amazing it is to Livelove & Carry On.

Good, Good, Good Vibrations…

Woke up this morning with the song Good Vibrations running through my head. Then I began to think about how important music and vibrations are to living a full life.

What does it mean to have good vibrations? Does what you are thinking about make a difference? I mean there are very few Avengers, who can read your mind in your everyday life, right? Why do you or anyone else care what you think or feel?

Guess what? Other people may not be able to read your mind or even understand what you are saying, but they CAN FEEL your vibrations.

Take a moment to read that last statement…one more time. Does what you are thinking make a difference? YES it does.

Instead of telling you let me show you!

Your emotions/thoughts– I am broke, have a bunch of bills. I cry all the time. I always say or do the wrong things. I don’t like my body. I don’t know how to feel better. I am afraid. I am fat and I know what I need to do, but ugh…I don’t want to.

A better emotion/thought in response to redirect you – Before you read the next few paragraphs, STOP reading and turn on some music or begin to hum or sing. You probably already feel better, but if  you don’t mind please, keep on reading.

Now feel how the next few statements FEEL to you...I am alive. I am breathing. I feel free. I don’t need sight to feel good. My tears are now filled with joy for I now see! What’s best for me will always be. Please forgive me, if I said something to offend you, but remember your vibration is only YOUR reflection. 

Ohhhh, how I love you fat cells, for all our fun times. I now know you were only protecting me by reminding me, I was always protected. Protected from others, starvation, survival, to never feel poor again and so much more. But I have learned that I am already protected. I know I am worthy, I will always have enough. I am loved, protected, happy, free and you can let me be. I feel good. I no longer need any extra protection. No, no…I understand you have been wonderful. I am good, I will keep what I need, but extra protection I don’t need any longer. (Wow! That felt good even typing, I hope it felt as good to you!).

How do you change or divert fear? This one is simple and yet not recognized well enough for us to feel’ how simple it truly is. Here it goes—To divert fear immediately is to create a comfortable and new vibration. How? Sing! Sing in silence! Sing out loud! Turn on music and sing! Create a vibration greater than the low, negative vibrations you were sending out.

As I searched for an older commercial with the Good Vibrations song, I could feel the advertisers objective. To ensure their audience feels good. Take this Sunkist Soda commercial, I actually envisioned being with a group of my friends, at the beach, singing the lyrics of a  catchy commercial. I honestly don’t think I have had a Sunkist in ten years, but I want one now! LOL

 

Do good vibrations make a difference? Can music change the world? It is not the questions of whether vibrations = difference or music = change, but rather if you choose to raise your frequency to feel better.

What you are thinking and feeling creates the vibration around you. Regardless of how many ‘Avengers’ you have in your life, who really can read your mind. Everyone can feel your vibrations. Choose to feel good and good will feel its way vibrating back to you!

Momma said, “There will be days like this!”

Have you ever began your morning with full intentions of waking up and enjoying each moment of the day? Woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed? Only to walk out the door, slam your ankle in the screen door, have multiple phone calls with someone needing something from you, your special dinner is a disaster and you realize the bills are piling up? 

Of course you have! Everyone could make a list of what IS happening at that moment. If you are reading this right now you can probably create a long list of daily events or circumstances that irritate you. 

The truth is your momma or a loved one told you there would be days like this. However, you can reset, not necessarily redo. I know I would not want to redo those days or moments. Therefore, a reset is important. 

How? Most of the time it is simple. At the moment the irritating thoughts or events begin to say, “I am grateful for….” 

Keep saying and listing all the items, people, places and experiences (outloud) in which you are grateful for. 

Yesterday, I had one of those days. Where it seemed like each time I tried, someone or something would irritate the crap out of me. I would have mini blow ups of emotion. At one point in the day I was expressing my opinion and the next I was crying. I continually attempted to reset. It didn’t ‘appear’ to be working. My mind would run from thought to thought trying to recover my feel good, happy, understanding enthusiastic state. I began to fear everything I had been writing or studying was not real. 

Then it happened! You know when it happens you just know like you know!?

I know that seems silly to type, but it is true. Once you have experienced it you simply know! 

In between my mini melt downs of emotios (which were random) I would talk outloud throughout the house. “I am grateful for my farm, the sunshine, my health, my happiness,” sometimes yelling each statement.

My vibration would get a little better. I pushed and pushed the reset button multiple times. “I am grateful for…”

After a few hours and multiple irritating events it finally broke thru! Around 4 o’clock I had one of my adopted kiddos bring her dog to meet me. I was super excited to meet him. We chatted (yes the dog and I were instant friends), played with his ball, showed off a bit and then he decided to walk in my kitchen and hike his leg, only to mark his territory, of course. When I looked down it appeared to be a river of urine. Next he went to another spot, where he chose to proceed with what he only feels natural to do. As Jordan was running around trying to help me clean up pee it happened. That thing that I do, when my vibrational reset finally kicks in. I began laughing, I hugged my new friend and relaxed. 

You see, yesterday was a day of celebration and it was a struggle to enjoy the happy vibration. I began with 630 AM wake up call, went to grocery (had several events occur), came home to attempt to cook my dad’s 60th birthday dinner. His favorites: Lasagna, garlic toast, coconut cream pie and wine.

It appeared to be falling apart. I kept forgetting what I needed for the meal, Ashby and her friend were here (which made me feel torn because I wanted to hang with them), Nick needed college stuff, you understand! 

That’s when it happened. Directly before Dad and Susan showed up I felt my vibrations reset. I felt more light hearted, I was grateful, and it turned into an evening I will cherish forever! 

Reset as many times as needed. Sometimes it takes a little bit of persistance, but you are worth it. If you are feeling down or see the world as gloom and doom, begin right now! Say it outloud…I am grateful for…say it again…I am grateful for…and again and again. Until the vibration shifts. It will, it has to, it is the law.

When you hear_____: Do you think______?

I remember studying psychology in my freshman year of college and being intrigued with the way the human mind thinks and functuons. I love its complexity yet simplicity almost appearing to be twins. Then I began to study fun topics like life, living, law of attraction and the brain, which I now know, has been one of my greatest competitors! 

What? My brain is a competitor? Yes, when I began to practice happy thoughts and emotional attachments, I realized my brain was being a big bully! I know this seems a bit bizarre. However, keep following me and you too may need to do what Zig Ziglar says, “A check up from the neck up!”

Each time I would begin to look up, dream big, or advance, my brain would compare past incidents. For example: I would visualize about being a great motivational speaker, well known by all, as a ray of sunshine. (Similar to mother Teresa but much louder and out spoken.) Yet my brain would reflect and scramble for a memory to relate it to. Don’t get me wrong if I had a good memory of a business, that I was extremely successful at, then she would insert that feel good emotion or memory. However, because of my lack of positive background knowledge or past experiences that brought me wealth, my brain reflects on a negative experience. Why? To protect and serve me ( and you). In other words, if we are continuously trying to stay in a feel good vibration, enjoying life at its greatest lengths, then our brain will challenge any idea that might create us harm. Becoming our greatest competitors when changing our lives. 

My messages have been loud and clear, lately. It is human nature to seek a happy, feel good vibration. Thrill seekers seek thrilling events, lovers seek out a partner to have fun with, drug users either seek out an escape, almost a thrill yet others use to fit in, because their brains do not function like everyone elses. No matter what; human nature is to live to be happy and have fun!!! Instead many of us are living against our feel good emotions; we are living against our life purpose. It’s time to evolve and find pure happiness. 

How do you know what your life purpose is? I am not positive on the how, but I know that we are to live to be happy. We all choose the way we live. We choose our careers, activities, friends, our salary, and anything else related to our lives. Yes, we will experience difficult times, but we still choose how we react and how we feel. 

If everytime you begin a conversation and the other person says something you connect with negatively. Try it again…and again until you find a feel good conversation. In other words your main objectives is to be happy and if your daily activities or conversations are not happy then change them. Yes all of them. 

If everytime  you hear something you reflect on a negative connatation or situation or you pass judgement on someone because of how they were twenty five years ago, change it! This process may take a bit of effort. However, I promise it’s worth it!!! Life is meant to live, enjoy, laugh, and have fun. Feel the feel good emotion, feel your way to happiness. Will you have small moments of sadness? Yes, but once you have decided to live in a constant state of happiness, fun and joy, you will not ever want to continue in that state of yuk! Or aadness, negativity. You will quickly win over your competitor the brain and provide him/her with a new ‘feel good’ emotion!!
